There is one contact address for this site: info@sweepandsuction.com. It reaches a real inbox and it is the only address on the site — anything claiming to be us at a different address is not.
What we especially want to hear about
- A specification that does not match the manufacturer's published figure. Every number here is traceable to a document, which makes every error findable. Tell us and we will check it and correct the page.
- A price that looks wrong. Prices come from a live lookup and are not displayed at all past 48 hours, but if something looks off we want to know.
- A machine you think we have unfairly overlooked, with a reason. We cannot cover everything, and we would rather hear the case than guess at it.
- A page that reads as though we tested something. That is the cardinal rule here and we would want it fixed within the hour.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty claims, repairs and returns. Those go to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from. We are a publisher and we do not sell anything.
- Diagnosing a fault on a specific machine. We have not handled these products and we are not going to guess at a repair.
- Whether steam is safe on your specific floor. Your flooring's own warranty documentation is the authority, and it varies by finish and by manufacturer.
Corrections
A confirmed factual error is fixed as soon as we can verify it, the page's modified date is updated, and a dated entry describing the change goes into the public correction log on the editorial policy page. We do not silently edit and pretend the earlier version did not exist.

No. We accept no free products and no sponsored placements, which is straightforward given that we do not test anything. Sending us a machine would not get it covered.
Can you help with a warranty claim or a repair?
No — those go to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from. We are a publisher and we do not sell anything or hold any relationship with a manufacturer.
Will you tell me whether a steam mop is safe on my floor?
We can tell you what each machine's manufacturer publishes, and we do on the surface guide. Whether your specific floor and its warranty permit steam is a question for your flooring documentation, which we cannot see.
